Birthday Parties

SDMRM is excited to offer birthday parties at the museum again! If you enjoy the model railroad museum, this is the perfect place to celebrate.

Our Birthday Parties include:

  • (2) hour party using the Pacific Beach Room

  • Accommodation of up to (36) guests

  • Guest access to the Pacific Beach Room as well all public exhibits within the museum

  • (30) minute window immediately before the event for set-up

  • (30) minute window for breakdown immediately following the event

  • Tables, chairs, and access to a projector, screen, and speakers

  • Price: $350, SDMRM members get 10% off

  • Ask about our upgrade options!

Other events

SDMRM is now offering other parties, corporate events, and space rentals.

Our offerings include:

  • Weekend and weekday availability

  • Pacific Beach room can hold 40 people in banquet seating or up to 70 people in a theater set-up.

  • The entire venue is available for receptions of up to 150 people outside of regular museum hours.

  • Only outside food/catering.

  • Projector and sound system available
